Barely light enough to see, but definite steam coming from the smoke stack of the shop this morning.

I see it also, now that it is lighter the white smoke is hard to capture on a grab. Will do one if it gets darker or we see 489 emerge.

The coaches are decorated all snug by the depot....

489 did make a brief appearance today at about 2:30, earlier they were out for a bit in back of the shop as well. Looks like all is ready for Saturday.
