Sometime between Larry G's shot and mine, the 2 locomotives on the right side of the house have gone somewhere. I have looked in all 3 cams and cannot see them. I now see smoke coming from the jack on the right side, so maybe both have backed into the house.

Short video of the loco's backing into the shop - actually pretty nice steam show as well.

Thanks Sharon and Larry for the updates. Cumbres cameras are down but it has rained a ton in the yard. Have to wonder if wet snow has covered the solar panels up on the pass?

The 2 engines on the right have come back out of the house with a nice smoke effect.

Not sure what is going on but there are at least 6 people gathered around the engines.

The day is ending about like it started with 4 simmering locomotives in front of the house, the snow is almost gone and things are very wet and quiet.

It's almost 6:00 now and it looks like the locos will simmer through a cold night as they spent the day.

Here's a couple videos from the day -

Along with the snow and loco servicing today, shortly after 9am one of the speeders were loaded with supplies of some kind, and headed out of the yard. Came back soon after the snow started. Guessing maybe some early working on the bridge, or some other MOW work.
Loading speeder with supplies form pickup truck. (still shot).

Speeder leaves and heads out of the yard. At least 3 people on board.

Wet, then snowy weather hits the yard (part of video sped up).

A locomotive (I think 488) to the ash pit in the snow.
