#484 just pulled #487 to the ash pit, perhaps we'll see 487 hot again soon.

Edit: After reviewing video from the day -- and then looking closer at 487 when brought to the ash pit by 484 - 487 is hot. Also made a visit to the ash pit and for water, under her own steam this morning just after 216 left.

Working up all the video from the day -- a few interesting speeder moves as well!!!!

08-21-15 Just after 216 left, 487 comes the the ash pit - then heads down for water. Not on video but 484 switched over to the left side shop track, and 487 came back sat outside for a bit and then went into the right side. Later in the day 484 pulled 487 up to the ash pit again - as noted in prior post. As of this posting, 487 now sits hot behind 484 on the left shop track


08-21-15 Red Speeder Moved - Kind of an interesting and again unusual move - the red speeder left the tipple track as 488 was coaling, went to in front of the roundhouse where they turned it with the forklift. A while later they left the yard heading up the hill. Also of note the regular fire speeder now is towing the water tank again - perhaps even with the showers we see it is getting a bit dry in the area. Note there is about a minute of sped up video that has no sound.

08-21-15 Train 216 departs behind #488 - wondering if they did something to adjust the steam generator on 488 - didn't hear the terrible whine we usually do when she's in town. Let's hope it's a permanent fix!!



08-21-15 Train 215 Return with 489 leading and in a bit of a rain shower. Also there are now 2 speeders parked on the track to the left of the main North yard - unfortunately due to editing and not recording at the time I didn't see where they came from.
