Have they up graded the cams to HD because they seem much clearer?

Or perhaps someone used some Windex and paper towel on the cover. :) On a serious note the die off and decline of the pine forest there is really evident. Let's hope no ranging inferno develops around the railroad and its structures in the future.

I remember the die off mentioned last year when we rode but can't remember why.
Is it lack of precipitation/snow melt or some kind of bug?

there is a 'bark beetle" infestation. From what we've been told it just has to run it's course there isn't much the forest service can do to stop it.

The "die off" from the "bark beetles" in the forests is evident all over the west and it appears to be growing! It is heart breaking to see all the dead trees where not many years ago it was solid green!
