463 is out in the yard getting its ashes dumped and probably headed for water and possible coal.

Videos of the day for July 5th - weather finally seemed good on both ends of the day, not thunder storms for the returning train today.

As Sharon mentioned earlier #463 sure got a good dusting while at the ash pit today, needed a really good cleanout! Sometimes I think we forget the dirty mundane chores of keeping these locomotives running as they do. So today a hearty thank you to all the folks that work to keep this railroad running, especially the shop and engine crews that get down and dirty with their work every day.

07-05-15 Train 215 behind #488 returns, as #489 starts to show signs of getting hot.

07-05-15 Goose #5 returns about 15 minutes after 215 gets back. After unloading their passengers they parked for the night. Guessing they will head to the wye for transfer to the truck and head home tomorrow.
