489 leads train 216 this morning. Cams froze up for about 20 seconds right at departure, but here's what I was able to get.

Here are 3 of 216 departing that line up with Larry's videos and one of 215 today. As he noted the N tipple cam locked up for a few seconds during the departure out of the north yard.

Cars and people show again that 216 is at the top. Too bad with the refresh timing the camera isn't tilted 20 degrees further left.

When I was up there last weekend, the thought crossed my mind to "adjust" it.

Figured I'd better not...

I thought this would be a bit interesting to post for some of our Friends members. Changing out one of the trucks of the UTLX tank cars. Two videos here -- 1st one is a sped up version, the whole 20 minutes into about 45 seconds. For those that may have the time and want the whole thing, 2nd video is the whole 20 minutes at normal speed.

Fantastic, Larry! Cool idea.

Clyde Putnam's team does great work. I watched them do this from ground a few years ago. Was amazing.

Perhaps in the interest of tourism, during the summer and fall, the RR Commission could ask the Highway Commission to make the adjustment needed......

Train 215 arrives at 4:10 local time behind 484. Later 484 returns with the turned train at 4:33 as speeder car tank waters the ashpit. Cleaning and servicing activities for train set are about ready to begin. 484 then does an unusual switching move by moving the caboose on roundhouse storage track to the south yard before sprinting for service. Finally it appears the CDOT cam has picked up the bus returning to Chama.
Check back after 6:00 Chama Time for Larry's videos of the arrival.
