The cameras will be down intermittently May 21-22

I expect them to be down most, if not all, of the 21st. If all goes as planned, service will be fully restored on the afternoon/evening of May 22, in time for Opening Day on May 23.

As of 4:48 Chama time, cameras are up and running and looking good. Thank you Jason and all the others involved for a job well done.

The cameras are mostly finished and are working normally. Some significant updates to the network were made today and the lens covers were cleaned.

More tweaks and changes coming tomorrow. Some brief outages may occur.

Stay tuned.

The updated Chama camera set is fabulous! Going to take a me a bit of adjusting to the new view from the south camera, but the increased coverage is great. And what a bonus - the depot camera! Strong effort all around - looking forward to opening day viewing!

Now, if we just had a technical option where we could zoom into view a closer look at the engine house, to see what numbered engines are parked outside, that would be pretty neat! We'll be patient, though, and still enjoying the wider views. Awesome Jason!
