I noticed that the spouts are up on the water tank.
I wondered if the the tank had been drained for the winter.
Last year, after draining the the tank, the spouts were left down.
Does anyone know the answer?

Hey Allan, I think that the river side spout was the only spout left in the down position last year, the main track side was left in the up position. I could be wrong, when you get old you start questioning your memory.
