10-11-14 Train 215 Arrival

Jason's comment about missing 215 under threatening skies in morning thread was interesting . I saw the same sky and hung on longer. A real nice LONG train arrived about 35 minutes late.

After being out there for several rides the past week my guess is that slow meal times due to large crowd today was cause of delay. Can imagine the dinning room up there was full and crews didn't rush the meals.

Here are three screen captures showing Train 215 and the extra cars, including a rider gon and caboose, tacked on behind the parlor coaches.

Nice captures, good explanation of the delay, thanks for posting -- I don't think I'd have any worries having a few extra minutes on the train!

I've often had the same thought, " could they make this train go slower!!" The day ends to quickly:):)
