489 was on the point of this annual July evening extra. Open gon was set for the festivities and a caboose was on the end. Train left Chama around 15:30 local time for Cumbres.

You nicely captured the setup in the open gondola car, looks like a couple folks looking at the cameras and one waving too. I didn't notice that in the video.
