07-11-14 Train 215 arrives

Of note, 489 is sitting at the coaling dock all set and ready to go, they added white flags to the loco as well, which means an unscheduled extra I believe. I see nothing on the C&T schedule for tonight, guessing a dinner train, but I don't know for sure.
