HUGE! Thank you

This afternoon Jason was making like a monkey and climbing around the coal tipple to work on the cameras for all of us. He installed a new microphone set up and we should neveragain be bothered by the noise from the cooling fans. Already the sounds from this evening's arriving train were much cleaner /clearer and louder. And the lenses are clean again!
Thank you Jason!!

And here's the video of today's arrival showing off the vastly improved sound.

Also a little video of the washing of our windows into the Chama yard.

Jason started work on this project early this morning, about 9am Chama time and finished up right before the 4pm train arrived. So yes, an absolutely HUGE thank you to Jason and whoever his helper was.

Thanks Rich. Joe, Karl, and Sam were the other gentlemen assisting on the project. It was a team effort. John Engs is the Team Leader and was supervising.

External mics were added to both cameras to get around the annoying fan noise on the internal mics. However, the mic on the north cam isn't working as it should. I recommend muting the north cam and using sound from the south cam.

It may stay this way for a while. I've got a call into tech support, but with it being the weekend, I'm not likely to hear from them until I'm back home.

Thanks for the videos, Larry. I was wondering what the washing looked like on the other side of the lens.
