K36 up early

What appears to me to be the 487 has been to the ash pit, water tower, and coal track and is now backing down toward the wye. Second K36 at the ash pit around 8:30.

There's still some work to be done, so we may expect to see some activity before things are buttoned up for the winter. Tops on my wish list will be to see #484 steamed up, but we can also expect a train to take the passenger cars over the hill. I'm also thinking that the ballasting may be continuing while the weather permits.
