463 and a double surprise!
Posted: Sun Sep 15, 2013 7:10 pmThis evening 463 shuttled the E/F train consist passed the cameras into the yard. Behind the caboose rode two of the former EBT hoppers in primer paint. Apparently they had been there all the time after school train was dropped here. Stay tuned for further developments.
