I suspect part of the task was looking for problems to get the locomotive up to snuff. It looked like they were having some difficulty with coupling and other related functions. It was fun watching 15 get out of the way of the "CO NM Express", which turned out to be running a bit late, but with a few extra cars. Then, later, 487 (I think -- the one with the rather brutal looking snow-plow) spend most of the evening re-arranging the freight cars in the yard. At one point, it looked to have nearly every car in the yard tied on. Back and forth. Great entertainment. Time to add a few more dollars to the tip jar, I think.
be well,
