#15 repainted?

Looking at #15 out in front of the roundhouse this morning, it seems that the colors are brighter and more crisp than I remember from last season. Has it gotten a a makeover? :?:

Hard to tell Edwin, but here's a comparison for you - first cap is from June last year, then today's - to me the one in June looks brighter, but may only be due to the sunlit shot.
