484

I could be mistaken, but I believe that I see #484 barely poking out in front of the left stall of the engine house. There is definitely a loco behind the one that's under steam. Doesn't appear to be coupled to a tender, though the view is obscured by the light pole near the coaling tower, and by the smoke from the locomotive parked in front of it. With two operable K-36's on the road and the third steaming out front, that leaves #484 as the likely suspect. The roof contour, as much as I can see of it, doesn't look like #463. Maybe we're getting close to seeing her back in business!

Wishful thinking

A clearer view this morning, once #489 had pulled away from the engine house, revealed that the #463 is the engine I referred to yesterday as possibly being #484. For whatever reason, #463 has been separated from its tender and some work is being done. I guess we'll still have to wait a bit longer for #484.

someone posted that 484 won't be done this year. 463 had a hot bearing IIRC.
