orange thing?

So, what is that giant orange thing sitting in front of the log bunkhouse? It is seen on the north facing cam.

The tank car that they are now using holds, based on looks, just as much oil as that orange tank would.

Perhaps it is an oil tank with an integrated spill containment enclosure.
