8/11 Stirrings around the engine house

 Earlier this morning, there was a respectable smoke plume from the west side of the engine house, and currently #15 is smoking up the yard in preparation for who knows what? Normally, I wouldn't get excited about such things, but it's been a loooong time since Chama held forth a promise of life.

Right now it looks like 15 has 488 in front of the west stall and there is smoke coming from the ash pit.

15 has just moved back to its usual resting place so now we can see the simmering 488.
