There was some activity this morning. 15 brings a cold 463, still with tender, out of the west stall and spotted her at the front of the roundhouse.

Then pulls a still-hot 484 to the ash pit, maybe to drop the fire. So will 484 be the first engine to lose her tender for the winter?

484 still had enough steam to drag 15 and herself to the front of the west stall. So, why was 15 used when 484 could have moved under her own power?
