Diesel up and warming up. Maybe maintenance on it, or going to be switching around some cars or engines?

Thanks for the coverage Sharon - I was out and missed it. I note that the passenger cars are stabled on the Depot track rather than the main as is usual practice,

Look carefully in the upper right corner of the tender and you can see one of the men shoveling out the coal

Mike, usually in the winter the passenger cars are moved onto the depot house track for winter storage.

I would think now that 487 has been "put to bed" for the winter, we are not going to see much else until late April or early May. 15 may fire up to move some of the locomotive bodies around but that should be all. Based on this I am going to stop my daily recording until spring. If anyone else sees anything please post.

This is from my archive ... if I recall correctly, the rake was split at the Depot crossing ...
