Commission Meeting News-Correction

Yesterday I posted the news relative to the termination of Heritage Rail Management's agreement to manage the C&TS. To be clear, the Commission went into Executive Session discussed the topic and then came back to the regular meeting. At that time the Commission then voted to terminate the agreement on October 31, 2012. This is a point of procedure and I wanted everyone to understand the mechanics. Thank you.
