Posted: Thu Sep 20, 2012 1:25 pmThe Commission in their Executive Session today, at its meeting in Chama, approved the termination of Heritage Rail Management’s agreement to manage the C&TS effective October 31, 2012. The Commission has also asked current GM Ken Masick and Special Projects Manager Ed Beaudette to stay on past that date to help them with a transition. Thank you.
