Annual Meeting & Dinner-June 24, 2016

The Friends Annual Dinner & Meeting will be held Friday June 24, 2016 at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish Hall in Conejos, CO. We will begin at 6:00pm and conclude around 9:00pm. Dinner will encompass a beef tips and chicken buffet with the cost being $15/person.

We will have a program plus auction items and other items for sale. For those staying in Chama we will have a Mountainview Motorcoach provide transportation between Chama and the Parish Hall. We anticipate the motorcoach departing Chama at approximately 5:45pm and it should return back around 10:00pm.

If you will not be attending work session ā€œCā€ please call the Albuquerque Office at 505-880-1311 to make a reservation and ask that you RSVP by Monday June 20, 2016. If you are attending work session ā€œCā€ then please indicate when you check in on Sunday June 19, 2016.
