Balloon loop planned for the Chama yard

Paul Schranck, general manager for HRM company announced at the Friends banquet that they are planning a balloon track far down in the south of the yard before the stock pens. This will really cut down on the switching required getting the train ready for the next morning as well as possibly providing a lead to the Friends property for when we build the CRF in Chama.
