Colorado Springs Work Site open Friday October 25

As a matter of information the Friends Colorado Springs work site where tourist sleeper 470 is located and being worked on will be open from 1pm-4pm next Friday October 25th if you desire to stop by and see the progress being made on this project. The site is located at the Pikes Peak Trolley Museum, 2333 Steel Drive, Colorado Springs.

If the visitors are just wanting to see the Friends car and not the rest of the trolley museum, will they need to pay the admission fare? If not, I may try to bring some of my co-workers.

Bill, to answer your question there is no charge for Friends members to view the 470. If someone asks just explain that to them. Craig McMullen will be talking to the Trolley Museum folks about that. Thanks.
