On a day when we also had a couple of team members working on signs at/nearOsier, most of the "C" session MOW crew made it out to Big Horn Section House to repaint the milepost and the stateline signs' black lettering. Looking at the 296.96 stateline sign in Roger's final photo, I'm glad we've already got it on our 2014 to-do list to get back out to Big Horn Section House to do the white backgrounds of the 295.96 and 295.87 stateline signs, as well as some work on other signs in that area and nearby Whiplash. There's enough maintenance work there to make a day of it (and some great spots for a picnic lunch), particularly if we've got to patch/putty bullet holes before we paint.
