Well saiid, and thanks for sharing. One point I like to mention to potential volunteers is that while skills and experience are great and very welcome, nearly every work project needs people who can simply help do the the wide variety of manual labor that needs doing. It's been my experience that team leaders, fellow crew members and other folks at work sessions are willing to share their know-how and get you started.
