I'm not going to into detail about each photos, just the project itself.

Project 0701 "Brush Clearing" along the RoW
This has been called "brush clearing" for ages but after years of dedicated work, most the "brush" is gone and work focuses on fallen and dangerous trees, especially after last fall's early snowstorm the brought down a bunch of timber. As evidenced by the size of the aspens loaded onto the work train, not much "brush" was involved. Note to self (and John Engs): This crew is now (or should be) officially called "Tree Clearing," or "Forest Maintenance and Health," or "ROW Safety Team." Whatever they are called, they do great work.

That's for the foundation of the Friends' Storage Building, south of the yard, near Bob Rieb's house.

Much needed I'm sure - thanks for filling me in.
