I have never seen an Fairmont A track speeder that looks like our MW02. Other than the deck on their trailers the track speeders have been made out of steel. I know Craig is going to build a new wooden frame for it this winter but I hope he has enough pieces that aren't rotten for a pattern.

Day 2.

Cutting some old wood off the frame of the MW02

The stubborn bolt gets a little encouragement

These new fittings for the tourist sleeper have their coat of black paint

The truck is now under the tourist sleeper and ready to install
