There appears to be some work on High Side Gondola 1204 going on in Chama. Once again, this is a screenshot from the east yard cam, enlarged way too much.
Apparently, so little is happening in Chama in Sessions A and B, no photographer was assigned there. Between that and the nasty weather of the last week or so, not much to see. Hopefully some addition Chama photos will show up.
This doesn't explain why no photos have arrived on the Antonito feed this week, however. Sharon Evans or I will post whatever shows up.
With luck, sessions C and D will be better. There are many more projects scheduled but volunteer activities are down, at least so far, which seriously restricts what can get done in each session. This is a serious issue that we, as the Friends, must address and address quickly, especially as we approach the 50th anniversary of the Railroad. The Powers That Be are working on ideas for recruitment and retention, though no suggestions have yet been made public.
When they are available, I will publish them in the Dispatch, hopefully the next issue.
