Here are a few more photos from today Tuesday April 9th and the "shake down" run of 463 to Lava with three coaches. We departed Antonito at 12:40pm on a blustery spring (more winter-like) day with snow, wind and thunder! As Rich Murray mentioned in the earlier post the 463 ran extremely well and everyone was very happy with it's performance!

She showed yesterday that she can dance, a little "paint and powder" and she's ready for the ball!!

I agree in that we must really thank Marvin and his crew in Antonito for their efforts and dedication to this project!

Tim: Thanks for the additional photos - looks like a very sucessful run-in - looking forward to hearing the 463 this spring - and riding behind her! Looking at the Lava Tank photo seems the Friends have a bit of work to do - rehanging the spout!
