D&RGW 483 at Poncha Junction in 1953 and once again 483 this time on Cumbres in 1966.

It's pretty neat how different Highway 17 is today. That 2nd photos looks like the east end of The Narrows.

Jason, you're welcome. The road was very different particularly as its absence below Windy Point made the railroad even more dramatic than it is today. The photo on Cumbres was taken just east of the Narrows.
