- 3 tank cars sanblasted in 3 days - 2 RR water service cars and recently purchased tank 11050

- Sandblasting is hot heavy work inside that breathing apparatus! OOPS rotate your computer 90 degrees

- Truck subassemblies have been sandblasted and primed courtesy of the Sandblasting crew!

- Priming tank cars Special 50 year primer and paint cost north of $3,000. Mid background water service car in finish MOW gray, last car water service tank in Ghost while - ran out of finish paint.

- Tank 11050 receiving its black fiinish coat ready for stenciling.

- On Cumbres, the car inpector's house being secured for the night at end of day

- Chronicolor at work documenting the proud paint crew.

- Work continues on the Section house - scaffolding set for installation of a new signal tower - a replacement more authentic signal has been acquired replacing what was there.

- Stenciling in the shade - it was hot Stenciling is the finishing touch - the cars can now report for service. the crew had 3 cars lined up and was working down the line!

Really glad to see these gondolas being lettered this year. But - is #1249 a mistake in lettering? Car 1149 was repaired during 2014 and 2015 and painted in 2015. Appears it was lettered 1249 this year.
