I ordered mine when it was first announced. It arrived and it is an excellent issue! Highly recommend it, however you can get it.

Mine is going to stay sealed in its plastic wrapper for a while. After the last couple months of nice articles and other displays of the C&T in Trains and Classic Trains, I figure the special edition might be just what I need a bit later this year. I'm really missing going to the C and D work sessions this year to work on the ROW crews. D would be wrapping up tomorrow.
