Cumbres & Toltec Exhibit at AmeriStamp Expo, Birmingham AL

Unread postby James Weigant » Fri Feb 23, 2018 11:21 am

All,

Attached is the final stamp exhibit I put together for the Cumbres and Toltec. Today is the opening day of the American Philatelic Society's AmeriStamp Expo being held in Birmingham, AL. This exhibit is on display for the first time at this big APS winter show. I thought I would share it with everyone here as well.

It was a lot of fun to put together. Makes me want to head to northern New Mexico!

All the best,

James

And here is the exhibit in the frames. It will be judged and given an award level. However, I was doing it for fun and to share the C&TSR in a different way, to a new audience.

Great stuff, James. Thank you for sharing.

May I suggest that you contact Tim Tennant in the Friends Office to see about getting a copy of your exhibit displayed in the RPO?

I would not be against having the actual exhibit displayed. I am going to show it at the Oklahoma show in June, and possibly in Minnesota in September, but after that, it could be something to be loaned out for a couple seasons.
