Bald Eagle = Ooooops = Two Feathers.

Bald Eagle = Ooooops = Two Feathers.
This was a 1st for me. My guess is he lost a fight or crashed into something while hunting. He seemed to fly OK.

He acted very normal and didn't seem to be bothered by them.

Looks kinda like my hair when I wake up in the morning. Do you suppose that he needs a cuppa Eagle Coffee?
