The shop crew has moved some engines around so they can get the finishing touches done on them. At the commission meeting today the railroad announced there will be 4 K36's, 1 K27 & 315 available on opening day. What they plan on doing I am told is to run double headers out of both Antonito & Chama like they have done the last few years on opening day. Opening day is May 26, 2018.

hey do we know when the other cars are coming from being worked on during the winter to chama
im a friends member and d&s is mostly where my heart is

Thanks for the look at what's going on in the North side of the engine house. Interesting to see all the work being done.
