Osprey Update Heron Lake (Nests)

I checked Heron Lake and found 10 active Osprey nests. The females are starting to sit on eggs so If you come up to see them PLEASE stay in your auto so you don't disturb them.

Amazing shots. These birds really surprise me at times where they build their nests. Some right next to a very busy road, noise, people and sounds don't seem to scare them off. Hope the fishing is good for them, once the little ones show up each nest will need several fish a day. Thanks again for your posts!

YUP!!!! once the baby's arrive pop will be fishing full time.
