Has it really been 8 days since we started this adventure? Seems like just yesterday I got the e-mail saying, oh, by the way I'm headed to Chama tomorrow. Nice to be retired!!!!
One happy "old man" (his words), and four hot locomotives!

We were told that 315 had to drop two cars at Lobato due to too heavy a train, but actually only one car at Lobato.
We may get a couple more shots at Cumbres, but otherwise won't get any updates until later this evening.

Just a few pictures here --- many more coming at a later time, but description of the Osier logjam today.
Log Jam at Osier!!
216 arrived first on time.
315X arrived passed up and held on balloon loop.
215 arrived 25 min late due to broken tamper having to be moved to Sublette from Toltec.
Following 215 #19 arrived with pile driver and caboose. Hot journal box on OB concern now.
Lastly Geese 5 and 7 arrived and took siding behind 19X!!

Great photos thanks to both Larrys for their part in sharing them with us. I called Roy Lloyd on the phone and told him, "I hope you greased the semaphore swivels good because about every other picture I see of them they are set differently". I am thrilled that they are getting noticed.

That would be the legendary Earl Knoob performing with Ed Stabler, who is also quite legendary.
