Looks like another day of fun at the C&TS. I had to go to a training thing at work, so late posting these -- but here's what's been sent today.

Problems with the brakes on the open gondola is what held up 216 for around 25 minutes today.

Final batch as Goose 5 heads back to home port.

Looks like Wade Hall (CATS dispatcher) was your pilot, I'm sure he hated every minute of that assignment....

315 sits cold out in back of the shop behind 488's tender, likely will stay there until fall colors usage.

Goose 7 will also sit for about 3 weeks until the fall foliage days, Goose 5 is due to return then as well.

Brake valve taken off coach to repair valve on 216 gondola, now coach, fixed, moved back to South yard.

215 Arrives as storm approaches yard.

Hearty dinner from Fosters restaurant in Chama at the end of a long day!

Repairing brake valve on 216 open gondola delayed departure for about 25 minutes.

463 pulled 315 to the pit, then 487 pulled 315 to south side of engine house and pushed it behind stall 4.

The Goose #5 arrived home in Dolores yesterday after a fantastic few day in Chama. Will be back in about 3 weeks for the fall foliage runs. Photo by Mr. Bill Wolf of RGS #5
