Ed Lowrance reports that he spent much of the day in Chama, taking photos. He also attended the volunteer dinner in Antonito. We'll post his photos tomorrow!
Lots going on in Chama - volunteers are working on the restoration of RPO 054; continued repairs to the Chama Stock Pens at the wye; converting box car 3585 to the new Tool Car; and changing out trucks on Flat Car 6649. We received a photo from Clyde Putman, who is team leader in Chama for mechanical maintenance, showing Art Montgomery and Brooks Wilson hard at work on High Side Gondola 1232.
More tomorrow!
WEDNESDAY EVENING: Here are the photos from Ed that he took in Chama yesterday, folks! They start just after the photo of Art Montgomery and Brooks Wilson. Thanks, Ed, for your good work!
