Can anyone tell me what the piping is that is being added to 463 in this photo?

The one with the 'silver' insulating material wrapped around it, running upwards to the right in the photo as it is still being installed. This is something new for the 463. ( I think)

I never have learned what the piping is for but I did see it (or similar piping)in a photo from when the engine was being brought to Chama for the rebuild so, it is not new.
