They have both video and links to slides posted. This very interesting information. Fire season prediction is very complicated. It reminds me of the methods used to forecast hurricane season.

Overall I would say this forecast does not contain a prediction of severe conditions for the season. There is some chance of relief, meaning cooler and wetter conditions, depending on ENSO.
I hope others will review the content and post their conclusions here.
