June 2017 Fireman/Engineer class

Unread postby Dave Megeath » Sat Jun 24, 2017 8:20 pm

Ready to spend 25 minutes on a darned train video/photo essay? I tried to catch some highlights using still photos and video footage of our June 11-14 class. I'm sure Roger Hogan will out-do me as he has all the toys (tools) including drone flights.

I'm good for two more years now. SWMBO (She Who Must Be Obeyed) helped w/photographing, so next year's big get-away will likely have nothing to do with trains -- Italy is the objective. Wait, they have trains there too.

We drove home to the furnace known as Sacramento, California - 111 degrees on the road as we pulled off Interstate 80 and finally found our way home.

This video is up on VIMEO ... https://vimeo.com/222994106.
