Thank you main office

My lovely wife surprised me with a copy of our new DVD "Retun of the Mudhen".
Lo and behold, it came in a case that was broken in several places!
The DVD inside, however, was perfectly ok.
I called the main office and told them of the condition of the case and asked if a new case, only, could be sent.
Even though the office was VERY busy, getting badges and material ready for the upcoming work sessions etc., a new case was mailed out.
BTW the DVD is great!
How is that for going out of their way to accommodate an insignificant task?
We sure have a great staff at the main office!
